“We pick you up in Sapa town. So you can book a Sapa tour with us to visit Sapa surroundings and climb Fansipan Peak. If you only want to climb Fansipan, you can travel to Sapa yourself by sleeping bus or night train from Hanoi (we can book tickets for you) or you can book us a private car to get to Sapa”.

ITINERARY
Day 1 : Sapa - Cat Cat – 2,300m Campsite (L/D)
07.00 AM You will be picked up at your hotel in Sapa after your breakfast by Inbound Vietnam Travel’s guide, driver and porters and get a briefing from our guide then your Fansipan trek and expedition begin with a short transfer from Sapa town to Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong minority at the foot of the mountain. Cross a suspension bridge and start ascending, firstly on hillsides with a view over the picturesque Muong Hoa valley and beautiful Sapa town, then through dense forests where you put more concentration on the rougher trail.
Your lunch will be served nearby a stream inside an old forest.
After lunch, the trail mostly through the forest takes you up and down some peaks to the 1st camp base at 2,300m. You will have the opportunity to discover the diversified system of flora and/or fauna in which many have been put on the list of valuable and rare species of Vietnam. You will eventually arrive at the camp base in the late afternoon. It is time for relaxing and enjoying your well-deserved dinner. You will stay the night in a tent.
Summary: approx 6-hour trekking

Day 2 : Overcome The Challenge Of Willpower And Endurance - 2800m Campsite (B/L/D)
The trek today will be a trail through cane and bamboo forests which involve a lot of steep and slippery parts on mossy stones and those require your concentration. In the afternoon, you will reach an altitude of 2,800m where you stay overnight.
Summary: approx 7-8 hour trekking
Overnight in a tent.
Day 3 : Sunrise In The Peak Of Fansipan – 3,143m - Back To Sapa (B/L)
The day starts at 04.00 AM, it is time for conquering the summit of the Fansipan at the altitude of 3,143m, enjoy an impressive morning on the roof of Indochina. The peak is on the Hoang Lien Son mountain range which has the status of a nature reserve.
This protects the great diversity of animal and plant life including over 100 hundred varieties of orchids that flourish in this unique ecosystem.
You can watch the vegetation change as you trek higher culminating in a forest of dwarf bamboo near the top. If all goes to plan you should reach the top after 2 hours of trekking and can celebrate your victory with a view over to Laos and China.
The final section today is rather short and almost downhill - through bamboo and cane forests to the altitude of 2,800m where you will have the last Fansipan trekking lunch. The afternoon trek is shorter but it’s no less interesting. Finally, you will arrive at the gate of Hoang Lien Mountain Park where the forest rangers will give you a medal and certificate as honouring and the vehicle is waiting for you to take you back to Sapa. End of trip. Inbound Vietnam Travel goodbye and see you again.
Summary: approx 6-hour trekking.
For safety, please note that the climb up Fansipan is long and strenuous and should only be undertaken by those who are fit and in good health. If you are in any doubt about your stamina, you should consult your doctor about the advisability of this challenge. No specialist skills or technical equipment are needed – just plenty of stamina and a good head for heights. All camping and cooking equipment can be provided, or guests can bring their own if they prefer. Porters are available to carry equipment.

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
