ITINERARY
Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh - Cai Be Floating Market (L/D)
Inbound Vietnam Travel’s tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Then depart for Cai Lay town. On the way, you will stop at Tan An flat rice fields for a break and have some fresh coconuts and get your camera ready for the first shots of the Mekong delta. Once at Cai Lay, board a boat to visit Cai Be floating markets. It’s amazing to see the vendors trading fruits and other necessaries on boats. Then we go to our lovely Eco-lodge where we will check-in for lunch also an overnight stay.
Have a delicious lunch with typical delicacies of the Mekong Delta including fresh river food served in the heart of the gardens of the scenic Mekong Lodge Riverside Restaurant. Then our trip continues for a walkthrough small villages to visit fruit plantations, handicraft villages or just relax at a lovely eco-resort. It’s very special to join a cooking class and enjoy your dinner.
Overnight at the Ecolodge resort in Tien Giang province.
Day 2 : Cai Be - Cao Lanh - Chau Doc (B/L)
After breakfast at Ecolodge. We will transfer back to Cai Be by boat. Depart for Cao Lanh. Where we will visit Xeo Quit base – a former Viet Cong base. Enjoy a boating trip around the swamps and the forest.
After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, leave for Chau Doc. Check-in on arrival. Visit Sam Mountain and the carved pagoda. It’s great to enjoy the sunset over the Vietnamese-Cambodian Frontier. Dinner on your own, free as your leisure.

Day 3 : Chau Doc - Tra Su - Ho Chi Minh (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel, then we take a boat trip to visit a floating fish farm as well as a Cham weaving village. Then we continue to Tra Su cajuput forest. This is the most highlight of the trip to the Mekong delta which is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty. But also its sanctuary of floras and faunas. What could be more memorable to take a boat trip into the forest? You will immediately feel like you are harmonizing with nature because of all of the impressive pictures of the cajuputs. Especially standing from the observation post, where you can overlook the forest with an area of nearly 900 ha, home of many birds and animals, including some rare ones.
Having lunch in the forest is a great experience for all-natural lovers. Take a nap on a hammock or enjoy some coffee before we return to Ho Chi Minh city. Tour ends at your hotel by late afternoon.

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
