ITINERARY
Day 1 : Noibai Airport – Hanoi center
Inbound Vietnam Travel’s car and tour guide will pick you up at Noi Bai international airport and transfer to hotel in Hanoi city center for check- in. You will stay at a 4-star hotel or equivalent near Hoan Kiem lake.
Day 2 : Hanoi Full Day City Tour - Private Tour
After enjoying your breakfast at your hotel, our tour guide and driver will come to pick you up then bring you out of your hotel for an exploration of must-see places in the city: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum and its complex, Museum of Ethnology, and break at midday for lunch.
Tour continues afterwards, lets's visit the Temple of Literature and Hanoi Hilton (Hoa Lo prison). Tour should not miss a Cyclo trip around the old quarter to deeply see how local people live and work in the most bustling area of the city then enjoy a traditional authentic performance of water puppet before heading back to your hotel. Free in the evening. You may try Hanoi authentic foods and drinks such as Pho, Bun Cha Obama, Egg coffee, Vietnamese traditional coffee...

Day 3 : Hanoi - Ninh Bình 1 Day Tour - Group Tour
Today, we will head to the southern province Ninh Binh to visit the ancient capital Hoa Lu which was founded in the 10th century by Dinh Tien Hoang King. The trip takes you 2,5 hours to drive from your hotel. Once arrive, our tour guide will take you to visit 2 temples of Dinh Kinh and early Le King.
After visiting Hoa Lu, we will continue to Trang An natural biosphere reserve listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage. You will board a sampan boat to explore an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometers rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle.
The boat trip takes you through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,...and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
After lunch, you leave Trang An for Hang Mua Cave for picturesque hiking up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain to enjoy a great view of the stunning scenery of Ngo Dong river and rice paddy fields below.
04:30 PM. Head back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4 : Hanoi – Ha Long Bay 1 Day - Group Tour
09:00 You have breakfast at your hotel then check out. Inbound Vietnam Travel’s car and tour guide will come and pick you up then drive you to the must-see destination in Vietnam - Ha Long Bay via the new highway to Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long City, a stopover for a rest on the way.
12:00 - Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor aboard a private day cruise to enjoy an over 5 hours journey via 2 route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoying a Vietnamese seafood lunch on boat.
13:45 - Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea life, then go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
Visit Titov Island with a sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
16:30 - Return to cruise and head back to Tuan Chau harbour. There is a lot of time for sunbathing on the upper deck with music, enjoying great world iconic natural scenery.
18:00 - Disembark for going back on the new highway to Hanoi.
20:00 - Drop off at your hotel or airport for your next destinations.

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
