ITINERARY
Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival (D)
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by Inbound Vietnam Travel’s guide and car driver and be transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at own leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Notes: The itinerary can be flexible based on the arrival flight schedule; some sites can be visited today to have more time at sites or add some other sites in the next day (with a small surcharge).
Day 2 : Hoa Lu & Tam Coc (B,L,D)
Today, we will leave Hanoi for a 2,5-hour drive to Trang An Landscape Complex was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2014 and is a spectacular landscape of limestone karst peaks permeated with valleys, some of which are submerged, and surrounded by vertical cliffs.
Start the trip at Hoa Lu ancient capital. It was the capital of the first centralized feudal state in Vietnam at the end of the 10th century after nearly 1000 years of Northern domination. The ravages of time have destroyed the ancient citadel but some vestiges including the temples of King Dinh and King Le still stand today among the rice paddies and are a worthwhile visit to get a glimpse of the ancient Vietnamese past. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Ninh Binh then continue to Tam Coc - “Ha Long Bay in Land” for a 2-hour row-boat journey.
Enjoy the beauty of the karsts formations as you pass along their base and row into several of the 3 caves carved through the limestone and paddy fields. (Boat is rowed by local farmers).
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 3 : Ninh Binh – Ha Long bay(B/L/D)
After breakfast and checking out your hotel, we will drive you to Ha Long Bay through national highway 10.
The drive takes 3,5 hours to reach Ha Long City. When arrive, we will embark on a luxury cruise to go deep in the magical beautiful seascape – Ha Long Bay. The scenery of Ha Long Bay where 1.969 limestone islands jut out of the emerald sea, sculpted into bizarre shapes is truly an iconic image for Vietnam.
An overnight boat trip is the best way to enjoy this Vietnamese must-see place. After a welcome onboard, lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on the cruise.

Day 4 : Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B/Br)
Wake up early for a super amazing sunrise in the bay then have a buffet breakfast on cruise.
Let join in some more activities of the cruise’s program then back to check out your cabin. Later on, relax on the sundeck till brunch time.
Disembark around noon and be welcomed again by our guide and driver. Afterwards, depart for a 2.5-hour journey back to Hanoi via new highway 5B.
Overnight in Hanoi city.
Day 5 : Hanoi & Departure (B/L)
Today – the last day in Hanoi, you will take a city tour to visit some of the very attractive spots in the city as Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and its complex, President Palace then be transferred to visit the Ethnic Museum and have lunch by noon. In the afternoon, keep on the tour by visiting The Temple of Literature – the first royal academy in Vietnam then move to Hanoi Hilton (Hoa Lo prison) at the end.
The trip ends at Noi Bai airport for your onward flight.

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
