ITINERARY
Day 1 : Hanoi - Halong city
11.30 AM – 12.00 PM Upon arrival at Emperor Cruises, located at No.28 of Tuan Chau International Marina, our team will welcome you to our lounge before boarding.
12.15 PM – 12.30 PM Our Cruise Director will assist you with boarding to start cruising in Halong Bay.
01.15 PM – 02.00 PM A set lunch menu will be served at our Can Chanh Palace Restaurant on the sundeck. Enjoy delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the grace of the bay.
04.00 PM – 05.00 PM The cruises vessel approaches Tra Bau Area – a natural frontier between Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay for anchorage. This is free time for Guests to simply swim in the clear water or paddle on colourful kayaks to explore the stunning landscape of Halong Bay.
05.30 PM – 06.30 PM Attend the Sunset Cocktail Party on Sundeck and join in the cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking in a truly stunning setting.
07.30 PM – 09.00 PM Enjoy our A La Carte course menu for dinner at Royal Palace Restaurant on board as you experience the charm of Halong Bay at night.
09.00 PM – 10.00 PM Try your luck with interesting activity at night – Squid fishing.
Day 2 : Bai Tu Long bay exploration
06.00 AM – 06.30 AM Enjoy Vovinam exercise in the sunshine morning on the sundeck.
07.30 AM – 08.30 AM Luxury breakfast is served at Can Chanh Palace Restaurant.
09.00 AM – 11.30 AM Visit Cua Van Floating Village by bamboo boat rowed by local fishermen to discover their culture and daily life or dip yourself in the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by beautiful limestone mountains.
12.30 PM – 01.30 PM Back to Emperor Cruises for lunch.
03.00 PM – 04.00 PM Explore Tien Ong Cave – a living witness to an ancient Vietnamese culture in Halong Bay that existed thousands of years ago with a small archaeological museum displaying the relics of prehistoric people.
04.00 PM – 05.00 PM Enjoy massage service or join a special tour of art and history about Pham Luc’s paintings or Emperor Bao Dai’s palaces.

Day 3 : Halong city - Hanoi

06.45 AM – 07.15 AM Enjoy a light breakfast including tea, coffee, pastries, cookies, fresh juices… at our luxury restaurant.
07.15 AM – 08.30 AM Discover Me Cung Cave (Cave of Maze) – a spectacular destination with plenty of historical and archaeological values about Ha Long Culture from 10,000 years ago. Guests will be charmed by the magnificent complex structure with stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and the most diverse ecological system in Halong Bay.
08.30 AM – 09.15 AM Finish packing all the luggage and checking out.
09.30 AM – 10.30 AM Enjoy brunch, A La Carte, in CAN CHANH restaurant on the 1st floor while cruising back to the mainland.
11.00 AM – 11.30 AM Arrived in Tuan Chau Marina and Emperor Cruises lounge for disembarkation then countinue your onward journey.

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
