ITINERARY
Day 1 : Noibai Airport – Halong City (L/D)
Inbound Vietnam Travel’s car and tour guide will pick you up at Noi Bai international airport or Vandon airport in Quang Ninh Province then transfer to a hotel in Halong city center for check-in. You will stay at a 4-star hotel or equivalent.
Day 2 : Halong City (B/L/D)
You relax at the hotel and have your own exploration in Halong city by visiting the local seafood market, Tien Long pagoda, crossing Cua Luc straight by Phoenix cable car or challenge your braveness by joining in some games in the Halong water park and Dragon park or just being lazy on the beach near your hotel.
Day 3 : Halong City – Halong Bay – Overnight on a cruise (B/L/D)
You have breakfast at the hotel then check out. Inbound Vietnam Travel’s car and tour guide will come and pick you up then drive you to Tuan Chau harbor to aboard Capella 5* luxury cruise for an amazing overnight stay.
Set sail through the spectacular landscape of Lan Ha Bay with our Capella cruise. As well as the ship’s design is a combination of a luxury superyacht and Indochina ambiance, the cruise itinerary also offers a harmony of relaxing in the magical landscape and experience our high-grade entertaining facilities. 13:00 Lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant (vegetarian and special diet catered for). As the cruise departs towards Lan Ha Bay, absorb yourself in the beautiful scenery with amazing limestone surroundings.
15:15 Cruise anchors for outdoor activities. Free access to our high-grade entertaining facilities including Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi; Floating Ocean Pool; Inflatable Water Slide; Kayak; Mini-golf course.
17:30 Happy hours at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge and the Ocean Sky Sundeck. Enjoy freshly prepared canapés with some complimentary splendid drinks while waiting for the sunset.
18:00 Cooking demonstration in the sundeck
19:00 A gourmet dinner menu in delighted fusion cuisine is served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.

We spend a peaceful night on board the Capella cruise.
Day 4 : Halong Bay – Hanoi – Airport (B/Br)
06:00 Tai-chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck to welcome a new day.
06:15 A light breakfast is served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
07:15 Visit the Dark & Bright cave by traditional rowing bamboo boats. Cruising to Bright Cave, you will see an angled passageway opening the cave at water level and a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and precipitous stone cliffs.
08:45 Back to Capella Cruise, shower, and downtime.
09:30 Cabin check-out procedure while cruising toward the port
09:30 - 10:30 Buffet brunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant after check-out.
11:00 Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat.
You will be met again by Inbound Vietnam Travel’s tour guide and driver. Then enjoy a 3-hour journey back to Noibai airport to catch your flight home. ( Or Vandon airport in Quang Ninh province).

Payment term and changes
The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam Travel Company (hereinabove referred to as IVN) and a physical client or legal person (referred to as “the Customer”).
In the absence of another agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam Travel and the Customer is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which is the commitment to purchase tour services.
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
In some specific cases, we can accept payment upon arrival. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the consent of IVN, IVN reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.
From the payment of a deposit or balance, Inbound Vietnam Travel creates a receipt and sends the Customer before or upon arrival in Vietnam, or by email or fax, or by hand at IVN’s office.
2. Payment Method
The Customer can choose the following payment methods:

- One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards)
- Cash: The cash payment is made at Inbound Vietnam Travel’s office or with persons designated. In this case, no fee is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
At Inbound Vietnam Travel, we do our best to minimize cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider. Bellows are general cancellation policy for:
Cancellation from date of confirmation to 30 to 7 days before departure date: only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date or no show: charge 100% of total amount.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is highly recommended to anyone who takes part in a trip organized by IVN to have travel insurance cover contracted in their home country. IVN may have to ask the Customer for certificate of insurance and assistance.
